Limited release, eight-barrel blend made grain-to-glass with heirloom corn and Indiana rye from the Huber estate. Sweet mash fermented, double pot distilled, and aged 10 years in Seguin Moreau Icone barrels, including time in the warmest rickhouse pocket for maximum flavor. Bottled at cask strength (120.3 proof) and hand-selected by the Huber family, this rare bourbon offers rich layers of dark caramel, charred oak, orchard fruit, and warm baking spice.
