Fuenteseca Cosecha 2018 Tequila Blanco

Fuenteseca Cosecha 2018 is a tequila blanco made from over-ripe Blue Weber agave grown in Vista Hermosa, Michoacán's mineral-rich caliche soil at 5,019 feet elevation. The terroir delivers pronounced minerality alongside pure agave character—sweet cooked yams and warm baking spices.

Inviting aromas of rosemary focaccia, Red Hot cinnamon candy, and Coors Banquet lager precede a palate of marshmallow, cider, arugula, French Breakfast radish, and cooked yams with soft baking spice.

Rested 2 years in stainless steel. Distilled in 2018.
