Wheel Horse Cigar Blend Bourbon

This Fall 2024 limited release bottling is a 4-5 year Kentucky Straight Bourbon finished in a combination of Port, Cognac, Sherry and Armagnac casks. The whiskey was in finishing barrels for approximately 6-8 months, and was bottled at 101 proof, non-chill filtered. Only 4,500 bottles were produced.

On the nose, this whiskey displays aromas of brandied cherries and pipe tobacco. Once sipped, lively flavors of candied lemon peel and honey are at the fore before revealing dark fruit notes of fig and plum with a touch of maple syrup. The finish is long and nuanced with hints of toffee, cherry pie filling and leather.
