Blend of Straight Bourbon Whiskeys finished in Cognac, Sherry, and Tawny Port casks, aged 11 & 15 years.

NOSE
Initially greeted by deep plum and fresh pastry along with the warmth of brown sugar and baking spice. Old leather remains constant, while inviting the added complexity of lighter citrus and banana notes as the pour rests.

PALATE
Jammy dark fruit, crisp pear, and caramel lead a rush of bold sweetness which is reined in by cracked pepper, cigar box, and seasoned oak.

FINISH
The richness of molasses, stewed plum, and black cherry are balanced by an enduring earthiness defined by tobacco and charred oak.
