Pipe Dream Triple Toasted Bourbon is an exploration of wood. Amplifying the distillery's current bourbon offering with more flavor from the barrel. With upwards of an additional year of finishing, the distillery found a balanced blend utilizing three unique toasted oak species (French, Hungarian, and Garryana).

Pipe Dream Bourbon Triple Toasted has notes of applewood and caramelized crème brûlée on the nose. Layers of burnt honey, pie crust, and toasted pecan combine with dark cherry for a persistent spice-filled finish. We hope you enjoy this sessionable bourbon, perfect for sipping with a cigar and old vinyl records. The added oak influence also makes for a killer barrel-aged-esque Old Fashioned.
