Old Man Winter Bourbon From the Black Hills

The art of the blend is on full display with this latest imagination of Old Man Winter. A legendary label now available in the U.S. for the first time in many years. An amalgamation of bourbon from the vintage stocks at Preservation Distillery, this expression is inspired by the flavor profiles of long ago.

Rich dark pitted fruits with hints of sweet spice, dusted anisette, and caramel coat the palate. A rich mouthfeel with a warm, lingering finish allows this bourbon to stand out in the category. Each bottle is meticulously crafted and finished in hand-dipped winter wax.

A 7–11 year marriage from unique lots aged in Preservation's Bardstown warehouse, these premium barrels were unified and proofed to a flawless 109.8 with Preservation Farm's viscous limestone water. This union of Preservation's pot-distilled bourbon and select older casks pays homage to the classic flavors of much-sought-after "Dusty" bourbon. A distinct mid-century nuance that beautifully sets it apart in the collection.
