Maison Bertrand Ravache 2018 Coteau 85
On the hillside, at an ideal altitude of 85 meters, the grapes flourish in the sun and draw their richness from this terroir nourished by the Garonne. In order to highlight this unique type of soil, Bertrand Ravache launched Coteau 85.
This wine has an elegant velvet red color. The nose reveals aromas of red fruits (raspberry, cherry), with a touch of spices with delicate toasted notes.
The mouth is at once fleshy, tasty and velvety with a finish with melted tannins. This wine is best paired with duck, grilled beef ribs, matured cheeses and chocolate.

|Bordeaux generally does not have high elevations. This wine, boasting the fact that the vines are at 278 feet, is proof. It's a rich, dense and generous wine, full of dark tannins and structured black fruits. Dryness from the tannins is still present but will soften. Drink this attractive wine from 2022.
