This unique two-grain bourbon replaces Barley with Malted Wheat. The wheat combined with the high corn mashbill delivers a soft palate with cinnamon and pepper spice that is immanently drinkable.
When Hartfield & Co. brought Bourbon Whiskey back to Bourbon County after 95 years, it was their intention to design a line of whiskeys that represented the spirit the way it was made before prohibition closed 26 distilleries in the county in 1920. They resurrected production techniques from ages past for the Pre-Prohibition line.
Mashbill: 80% Corn, 20% Malted Wheat
