Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished with Toasted Jupilles Fleur French Oak Staves

Mash bill: 60% corn, 36% rye, 4% malted barley 

Finish: Custom-toasted Jupilles French oak

Flavor Profile: Sweet, spiced, and expressive

Tasting Notes: Raspberry, red fruit, apple, spiced caramel, funnel cake, tres leches, vanilla cream, cinnamon, toffee, toasted oak, and cold smoke

Originally distilled in Indiana, Finished with Toasted Jupilles Fleur, Blended and Bottled in Kentucky.

The distillery took high rye bourbon that was at least 6 years old and added custom toasted French Oak Staves for the last few months of aging to impart natural wood flavors of soft, sweet warm notes that play off of the underlying spice of the base bourbon. The layers of complexity on the nose are sure to arouse your palate and please a crowd of bourbon enthusiasts.
