Guardian The Informant Syrah-Viognier 2020
This wine is 95% Syrah co-fermented with 5% Viognier from StoneTree Vineyards in the Wahuluke Slope. The Informant features notes of orange blossom, ripe blackberries, holiday spice, toasted coconut, and vanilla. This spectacular wine was aged for 19 months on 50% new French oak. This wine is full-bodied, dense and mouth-filling, everything you want from a Syrah and more.
