Yamato Small Batch Japanese Whisky
Yamato Small Batch Japanese Whisky is a rich blend of malted Scotch and select grain from the Yamanashi Prefecture. A unique flavor is imparted by the region's mini-climate and fertile soil, while the aging process is accelerated by cold winters and hot summers. The whisky is aged in Mizunara Oak barrels for 3-8 years and is not chill filtered to preserve its natural character.
