Wilderness Trail Kentucky Straight Wheated Bourbon is the distillery's flagship whiskey, born out of their burning desire to challenge traditional bourbon-making techniques. They crafted this distinctive bourbon with less corn and a higher percentage of “middle grains” to showcase the subtleties and nuances of grain flavor. 

Mash bill: 64% Corn, 24% Wheat, 12% Malted Barley

Sweet vanilla and charred oak

Caramel and vanilla, leading to a cordial meeting of oak, cinnamon, and blood orange with a palate-coating mouthfeel
