This cuvée's grapes are selected from four distinct parcels in Pierreclos: "Margots", "Le Chateau", "Les Grands Buys", and "La Bucherate". With an average vine age of 45 years, the wine is aged in cuve with contact to the fine lees, but no exposure to oak.

The 2024 vintage embodies the bright, energetic character of Mâconnais while preserving the estate's distinctive weight and depth. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged on fine lees in stainless steel, the wine prioritizes purity and mineral definition without oak influence. This approach allows the limestone-driven terroir of Pierreclos to shine through, delivering a refined white Burgundy that pairs succulent stone fruit with a clean, mineral-driven finish.
