The results are in and the Verdict (Cabernet Sauvignon) has been delivered. Like the Guilty and the Innocent, only a lucky few will ever get to taste it.
This vintage sees an addition of a touch of Shiraz and highlights subtle warmth and spice, followed by a core of cassis, black cherry, and redcurrant. Fine tannins, fresh acidity, and restrained oak lend the wine an effortless balance, finishing with emphasis and roundness leading to a long, lingering finish.
