Crafted through predominantly stainless steel tank fermentation with a subtle touch of French oak puncheon, this iteration delivers a bright, lifted, and racy profile. The winemaking philosophy centers on capturing vibrant acidity and fruit character that define exceptional vineyard sites—achieved through early harvesting and cool fermentation practices. Following six months of aging sur lie, the wine emerges as an ideal pairing for seafood and warm-weather occasions. Limited to 500 cases produced.
