This American Single Malt is part of a new and innovative category in the whiskey world. Aged over four years, it’s a bold expression of Switchgrass’s “Common Bond” series, inspired by the beer brewers of St. Louis. The mash bill is made up of 99.5% Pale Ale 2-Row Barley and 0.5% Dark Chocolate Malt, and it was crafted using Switchgrass’s signature on-grain distilling, sweet-mashed fermentation, and aged in new Missouri charred oak barrels.
