Stemmari Vermentino

Stemmari Vermentino

__
In Sicily, the cultivation of Vermentino is steadily spreading, thanks to the island’s climate and soils that enhance the aromatic characteristics unique to this variety.

Straw-yellow color with greenish hues, leading to a nose of white flowers and cut grass that evolve into riper tropical fruit notes of pineapple and mango. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with a pleasant amplitude, good persistence, and a fresh, well-balanced finish that lingers harmoniously. It pairs well with raw seafood, swordfish, and tuna carpaccio, vegetable starters, fresh cheese, and is wonderfully surprising with fish cooked in salt.
