Weingut Stadlmann Pinot Noir

__

Weingut Stadlmann’s Pinot Noir, known locally as Blauburgunder, originates from vines planted south of the northern Thermenregion villages. This wine balances freshness with substantial texture, echoing the estate’s white wines while showcasing an elegant spice reminiscent of fine red Burgundy—a nod to its Cistercian monk heritage dating back to the 1100s. Fermented and aged exclusively in large, seasoned oak casks, it is bottled without fining and undergoes only gentle filtration, preserving its authentic character and refined complexity.
