The winery started planting its first vines in 1898. The Guilty is crafted from top-quality vineyards. Its production is limited, so only a select few will have the opportunity to taste it. Shinas Estate's The Guilty Shiraz displays a bold blackberry hue. Luscious aromas of cherry, vanilla, and peppery spice lead to a full-bodied palate bursting with smoky oak, cherry, and strawberry flavors, along with notes of chocolate and mocha. The wine's plush, velvety texture is complemented by fine tannins and a powerful finish highlighted by a subtle hint of pepper.
