A single malt rye whiskey, aged 4 years in new charred oak barrels, bottled at 100 proof. On the nose, pleasant flavors of oak char mingle with malted rye, herbal undertones with soft red fruit, vanilla, brown sugar, and baking spice. On the tongue, rye spice asserts itself with herbal mint, clove, vanilla, spice and a subtle dose of red fruits. The finish is pleasant and warm with the sugars and spice lingering.
