Poderi Cellario Galli Nebbiolo
The Langa region, known for its Sant'Agata sandstone and marl, yields a superbly aged wine with a delicate red hue and garnet undertones. Following traditional methods, the wine is aged for a minimum of 12 months in untoasted Slovenian oak barrels, allowing the full complexity of the Nebbiolo to shine. The end result is a sophisticated wine boasting scents of rose and small fruits, complemented by hints of vanilla and peppery spice. On the palate, it offers a smooth, lingering finish. It pairs beautifully with all types of meat and aged cheeses, and is particularly delightful when paired with ravioli in a hearty roast sauce. This wine is unfiltered and unclarified.
