Poderi Cellario Duzat Dolcetto
Dolcetto grapes are harvested by hand in small red baskets and processed using the traditional foot pressing method. Half of the grapes are pressed, while the other half is carefully shelled to preserve the grape's natural flavors and aromas. This unique process results in a wine with a softer tannin and the rediscovery of ancient flavors. The wine is spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in cement.
