Pax Buddha's Dharma Chenin Blanc 2017

Planted in 1944 just north of the City of Ten Thousand Buddhas, the Buddha's Dharma vineyard is exceptional. Dry farmed without chemicals at the base of Enlightenment Mountain in gravelly volcanic soils, we are amazed at the concentration and intensity in the fruit from these vines.

Waxy woolen notes along with Honeycomb, white peach and citrus blossoms. Flinty white peach flavors with a weightless melted snow quality that makes this very easy to drink. Crisp and bright with neon acidity, sweet fruit and a seamlessness that is very indicative of the 2018 vintage.

100% Chenin Blanc, aged 11 months in neutral French oak barrels.
