Palomo Espadin Mezcal
Palomo Espadin is crafted from mature agave Espadin, which takes approximately 9 years to reach full growth. The agave used in this mezcal undergoes traditional cooking in an underground pit oven, milling by horse-drawn tahona, and double distillation in a copper still. This results in a mezcal with rich aromas and flavors of smoked agave, complemented by subtle hints of citrus on the palate.
