Nordés Gin

Breaking away from traditional grain-based spirits, Nordés is uniquely crafted using a premium Albariño grape base, delivering an exceptionally smooth and naturally fruit-forward profile. Infused with 11 distinct botanicals, this premium gin balances local Galician wild plants—like crisp eucalyptus, soothing sage, and refreshing mint—with delicate hints of hibiscus and ginger. The result is a radically fresh, floral, and aromatic gin with a subtle whisper of maritime salinity. Pour yourself a taste of the Spanish coast tonight.
