The vanilla and baking spice notes from the cognac melt into the broad and bright pear effortlessly. The sweetness of the pear flavors is intertwined with a decided eau-de-vie character, and comes through very clean and honest.

Intense and vivid. Aromas of freshly picked ripe Williams pears. Floral overtones with nuances of lemony rose and a hint of spice. Notes of fresh apricot and almond.

PALATE
A Well-rounded start with balanced alcohol, sweetness, and acidity. Lively and pleasant freshness giving way to a crunch in the mouth zing of Williams pears.
