Melvin Eureka long-aged their soft and herbaceous wood-fermented Brett beer, Bright Moments, with a extra dose of fresh fruits, Sumac, and their house mixed cultures to produce a reserve edition which is brighter, juicier, and more tart than its predecessor. Expect exuberant notes of stone fruit, and candied citrus along with an herbal dry spice undertone, hints of berry, and a splash of fresh lemonade.
