Manzone Barolo Bricat 2017
Ruby red with garnet notes, Bricat offers bright aromas of small red berries, walnut and chocolate. A graceful Barolo, yet there is still plenty of underlying tannin in the background. Pair it with braised beef, roasts, truffle dishes and seasoned cheeses.

Lots of ripe red-fruit and mineral character on the nose and palate, though not overly complex. Full-bodied, the tannins are almost chalk-like and are already soaking up some of the fruit. Full-bodied with a nice, grainy texture and plenty of flavor. Very embryonic feel at the moment. Hold till 2023 to see how it develops.
