Macallan Harmony Collection Jing Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea

This whisky is inspired by JING's Phoenix Honey Orchid, a complex tea with lush dessert wine aromas and exotic fruit notes.

Predominantly matured in sherry seasoned American oak casks, the whisky has drawn fruity and floral flavors, beautifully balanced by the inclusion of sherry seasoned European oak, which offers a pleasing roasted richness and a touch of astringency. The subtle inclusion of casks that previously held bourbon adds a final sweetness, emulating the dessert wine aromas found in this tea that inspires this single malt.

Steeped in tradition and rich in storytelling, the synergies between The Macallan and JING Tea are celebrated in a ritual that unites heritage and artistry, celebrating tea culture, whilst using the vehicle of the ceremonial tea pet to tell The Macallan’s story.
