The Infinite series uses a perpetual blending concept where a portion of the previous year's batch forms the foundation of the next. Edition III consists of:

• ~30% Foundation: Little Book The Infinite Edition II
• 23-year-old Knob Creek Bourbon: Distilled under Booker Noe (one of the oldest whiskeys ever used by Beam)
• 11-year-old Knob Creek Bourbon: Distilled under Fred Noe
• 9-year-old Baker's Bourbon: Distilled under Freddie Noe

NOSE
Dark caramel, maple syrup, toasted oak, dried cherry, vanilla bean, and baking spice with subtle tobacco and roasted nuts.

PALATE
Rich vanilla, creamy sweetness, mature oak, and underlying barrel char.

FINISH
Long and warm with lingering dark fruit and spice.
