Land of Saints GSM 2022

Sourced from organic sites across Santa Barbara County, this wine is designed to be a "fresh and crunchy" take on the classic Southern Rhône blend.

APPEARANCE
The wine pours a limpid crimson or medium ruby. It is notably transparent toward the rim, hinting at its lighter, high-toned style compared to the heavier GSMs often found in Paso Robles.

NOSE
The aromatic profile is expressive and floral. You can expect red berries, pomegranate, bing cherry, white pepper, clove, Mediterranean herbs, and graphite.

PALATE
Medium-bodied with a snap to the fruit. Flavors of succulent red and blue forest fruits balanced by a tart, macerated blackberry finish.

FINISH
Clean and snappy, with a lingering note of spice and chocolate shavings.

Blend: 43% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 27% Mourvedre
