I Am Chardonnay

Carefully made from grapes grown on top Chardonnay vineyards, on south west facing slopes with limestone soils. Harvested at night to retain fruit concentration and carefully vinted for early bottling to retain maximum fruit flavor. A summer yellow wine with hints of green, packed with intense fruit flavors of stone fruits - white peach with a hint of Williams Pear. Fresh and crisp with a long smooth finish. A perfect drink for spring and summer, best served well chilled with grilled seafood or thai-style curries.
