Mash bill: 91% Rye, 9% Malted Barley.

All Aging in seasoned medium toast new #4 char American white oak barrels.

Non Chill Filtered. No additives.

AROMA
Dutch Apple Pie, toasted brioche, bright baking spices, biscuit notes and ripe tree fruits - apples and pears. Evolves to candied pecans, hints of brown butter, and caramelized orange peel.  Bright and complex with gorgeous candied fruit and spice notes.

PALATE
Full and complex, with layers. Rich tree fruit notes throughout - significant apple and pear character - that are balanced with a shortbread cookie and cinnamon spice note. The mouthfeel is big and layered, but finishes very clean and dry - with a slight pipe tobacco note.
