Hampden Estate HLCF Classic
Founded in 1753, Hampden Estate has been distilling rum for almost three centuries in the Trelawny Parish, historically known as the grand cru of Jamaican rum. In 2009, Hampden Estate started to age its Pure Single Rums, opening a new era in the world of spirits.
Hampden Estate HLCF Classic is a unique and exceptional rum. Made solely from the HLCF mark, it's the perfect bottle for connoisseurs and purists who enjoy intense and uncompromising tasting experiences.
HLCF stands for Hampden Light Continental Flavored. It is one of several marks made at Hampden Estate and refers to a rum with a high ester concentration, ranging from 400-600 gr/HLPA.
This rum is marked by its power as shown by the 60% alcohol content. In spite of its strength, it remains refined and delicate, with toasty, woody and spicy aromas.
