Gato Negro Sauvignon Blanc
Gato Negro Sauvignon Blanc is a popular white wine from Chile’s Central Valley. It is a light-to-medium-bodied, dry white wine with a pale, yellow color and greenish hues. Expect intense aromas of tropical fruits like grapefruit, pineapple, and mango, combined with herbal notes of fresh-cut grass and green apple. Because of its high acidity and citrus notes, it pairs exceptionally well with light, fresh dishes.
