Foursquare Touchstone Rum

A blend of two distinct single blended rums, both 14 years of age. One aged 5 years in Ex-Bourbon Barrels then transferred to Ex-Cognac Casks for 9 additional years, and a second aged 12 years in Ex-Bourbon Barrels then transferred into Ex-Camus Cognac Casks for an additional 2 years. No sugar, no additives, no filtration. All distillation, maturation, blending and bottling occurring entirely on-site at the Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados.

AROMA
Toasted banana chip, caramelized pineapple, and bright tree fruits layer on top of pipe tobacco, cigar wrapper, and leather.

PALATE
Rich and full with bright acidity. Chocolate covered figs, blackberry pie, and rich caramel give way to gorgeous acidity-fresh peaches evolving into grilled peach -with a distinctive and familiar “Foursquare” tropical undertone of pineapple and toasted coconut.
