This co-fermented Grenache is a balanced blend that offers the best of both world: dry & spritzy, structured & zesty. The wine gets its glowy sunset color from the grapes sitting on their skins for an extended 26 day maceration. Hand-picked grapes, spontaneous fermentation with native yeast and made with a low-intervention production philosophy: nothing added, nothing taken away. Unfiltered and unfined.
This wine is best served chilled.
