Faccia Brutto aged the beloved Centerbe in re-used white wine barrels for one year, then transferred the liquid to stainless steel for 4 months. Once the spirit rested, tinctures of lemon leaf and saffron were added, sweetened, and the spirit was finally bottled. The product is limited to 130 cases annually, ensuring its high quality.
