Faccia Brutto Aperitivo
This aperitivo is a bittersweet rendition of the classic “red bitter” but with more character. Faccia Brutto infuses 17 fresh and dried organic botanicals for two weeks, including gentian, kola nut, hibiscus, fresh orange peel, and rhubarb root in non-GMO neutral grain spirit. The distillery strained and filtered the resulting tincture and added organic cane sugar and cochineal to achieve a ruby hue.
