The 2025 DAOU Rosé is a Grenache-based wine that combines the elegance of classic Provençale-style rosés with the beautiful flavors of Paso Robles.
Displays a pale salmon color that leads to playful scents of ripe peach, apricot, star fruit and honeydew melon. The palate is soft and clean with effusive flavors lemon zest, stone fruit, papaya and watermelon, all finishing with mouthwatering crispness and elegance.
Blend: 86% Grenache Noir, 14% Sauvignon Blanc
