Private Batch WS-08 is a marriage of sixteen 8-year Bourbon barrels, all distilled in Indiana in 2016 and matured in Kentucky. The selected barrels are a combination of low rye (21%) and high rye (36%) barrels.

On the nose, this whiskey is rich with aromas of cherry pie and creme caramel. Once sipped, decadent flavors of vanilla and butterscotch stand out before giving way to lively notes of fresh orange zest and cinnamon candies. The finish is long with hints of saltwater taffy, strawberry sauce and fig preserves.
