The botanicals are finely crushed using a hammer mill and then undergo a cold extraction process with a hydroalcoholic solution for 20 days. This allows for the extraction of all aromatic substances. The extract is then blended with wine, alcohol, and sugar before being refrigerated and filtered to remove any solid residues. Finally, the mixture is aged in steel tanks for 40 days.
