Casa Mexico Silver Tequila

Produced with fully mature blue agave, handpicked from the mineral-rich red clay soils of the Highlands in Jalisco, México. We cook the piñas in brick ovens for two days, then crush them in the tahona mill. The juice is naturally fermented and double distilled in copper alambique stills. The finished Blanco is an all-natural, smooth, crystal clear spirit ready to be enjoyed.

Tasting notes include melon and pear.
