Breaking Bread Zinfandel 2022
This is a light-to-medium-bodied Zinfandel, quite different from the big, jammy Zins that some people expect. Because of its natural winemaking (carbonic maceration, whole clusters, native yeast) and lower-ish alcohol, it comes across more delicate, bright, and mineral than many Zins. It’s very “drinkable”: refreshing, pure fruit, with a clean finish and good acidity.
