Boomsma Beerenburger
This typical Frisian herb bitter dates all the way back to 1883 and is known the world over. In all these years, the recipe, the taste and the quality of the ingredients have all remained unchanged. A selection of the very best herbs are steeped for at least two months which, in the right proportions, results in an unmistakable full and spicy flavor, with hints of gentian, juniper berries, licorice and bay leaf, among others. Delicious straight or mixed in a strong cocktail.
