Black Slate Porrera 2019
A blend of 20-30-year-old Garnatxa and Carinyena with a small addition of Cabernet Sauvignon. Hand-harvested, partially de-stemmed, natural yeast fermentation in tank and concrete. 30-day maceration. Aged in neutral barrels for 12 months.
