The McCormick Distillery ages their whiskey in a level three, charred, Missouri white oak barrel and is non-chill filtered. It is produced using many of their old history original methods including a two-grain cooker system, same distillation proofs, and barrel entry proof as it was back in the day. Holladay's normal Barrel Strength Bourbon is only 6 years; however, this pushes the limits for another 20 months.
