This sixth release in the Angel's Envy Cellar Collection series is a Straight Rye Whiskey finished in Peach Brandy & Toasted Oak Barrels between 2014 and 2018.
On the nose, the whiskey is bright and lively, opening with candied peach and table syrup, accented by gentle baking spices. The palate reveals ripe orchard fruit layered with vanilla cream, while notes of caramel and clove evoke a warm cobbler a la mode. The finish transitions from confectionary sweetness into peppery rye.
