Dashe Dry Creek Zinfandel

The Dry Creek Valley is one of the best places in California for the production of complex, balanced zinfandels. The Dashe Cellars Dry Creek Zinfandel is an excellent example of a classic Dry Creek Valley zin: intense, mouthfilling yet very balanced. Black-purple color with aromas of black raspberry, cherry kirsch, and chocolate overtones with an underlying floral component of lavender and violets. The palate is full of flavor, sweet black cherry, black raspberry with hints of chocolate and licorice. Dark chocolate and black pepper spice underlie the higher toned fruits in the intense Dry Creek Zinfandel.
