This winter expression is a highly coveted fan favorite, and with an additional year of aging, it might just be even better than ever. Represented by the winter crow, Still Austin employed blue corn to invoke the endless winter night sky.

MASHBILL: 26% Blue Corn, 25% White Corn, 44% Rye, 5% Malted Barley

NOSE
blueberry syrup, fresh french toast, raw manuka honey, roasted cardamom pods & rose water.

PALATE
fig jam, black cherry pie, sweet cigar smoke, candied dates, jamaican allspice & hazelnut butter.

FINISH
medium to long, roasted caramel hard candy, fresh kettle corn, homemade marshmallow & orgeat, accompanied by soft barrel tannins.

50% ABV - 100 Proof
